Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Provide detailed menu explanations, suggest pairings, and answer guest inquiries about ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring all utensils are stocked.
- Process payments efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to cash‑handling policies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and manage peak‑hour demands.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, promptly address any concerns, and follow up to ensure resolutions meet expectations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as inventory checks, restocking supplies, and preparing the dining room for the next service.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through regular training sessions and stay updated on seasonal menu changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a personable, approachable demeanor.

- Capability to remain calm and productive under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
- Basic proficiency in handling POS systems and cash registers.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts typically from 08:00 to 17:00.
