Introduction

To strengthen our sales force, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer (CMO) who will work closely with the Sales Head – Channeling to drive revenue, nurture partner relationships, and ensure seamless credit processing for our customers.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a solid foundation in sales, a keen understanding of credit applications, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in expanding our market reach, meeting sales targets, and upholding the high standards of service that define Ende (BNT).

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process according to the directives of the Sales Head – Channeling, ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets are consistently achieved.
  • Identify, acquire, and cultivate new order sources by building strong relationships with AXI agents, retail stores, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments for consumer applications, verifying the authenticity and completeness of all required documentation, and accurately entering initial data into the system.
  • Facilitate financing transactions for eligible units, securing approval from the Sales Head – Channeling and coordinating with back‑office teams for smooth disbursement.
  • Perform on‑site surveys of prospective borrowers, gather relevant information, and upload detailed survey reports into the company’s application platform while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate value propositions to partners and end‑customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, suggest improvements, and participate in the development of new financing solutions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, track key sales metrics, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
  • Uphold the company’s compliance standards by ensuring all sales activities meet legal, ethical, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 33 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consumer finance or automotive financing industry.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to verify documents, input data accurately, and follow compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry tools.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional field visits to partner locations.
