Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, clients, and suppliers with professionalism and courtesy, managing check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.

- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area, lobby, and surrounding common spaces.
- Perform routine general maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement, minor plumbing fixes, door adjustments, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Conduct daily inspections of the facility to identify and report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in inventory management for office supplies, maintenance tools, and front‑desk consumables.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling incoming mail and deliveries.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support events, meetings, and special projects, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Stay calm and effective under pressure, especially during peak visitor times or unexpected maintenance emergencies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the posting).
- Demonstrated experience in either front‑desk operations, general maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to converse courteously with diverse audiences.
