Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor Outlet Nani Wartabone and Tomulabotau to lead our Kitchen Crew in one of the most vibrant food service locations in the region. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly, that food quality and safety standards are consistently met, and that our guests receive an unforgettable dining experience. The successful candidate will report directly to the Outlet Manager and will be a key driver of operational excellence, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen activities for both dine‑in and online order services, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene of every dish, guaranteeing compliance with HACCP and other food‑safety regulations.
- Lead, coach, and schedule the kitchen and service crews, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular stock‑takes (stock opname), monitor inventory levels, and manage operational costs to meet budgetary targets.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports covering sales performance, operational efficiency, and inventory status.
- Implement training programs on food safety, equipment handling, and service standards for new and existing staff.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering of raw materials while minimizing waste.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to avoid downtime.
- Promote a culture of cleanliness, punctuality, and discipline among all team members.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and HACCP principles (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a fast‑paced team environment.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and quick‑thinking when solving problems.
- Willingness to work a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with hours typically from 07:00 to 16:00.
