Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our fast‑growing logistics team. This full‑time position is based at our main distribution centre and plays a critical role in ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, stored efficiently, and moved seamlessly throughout the supply chain. Responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Excel and the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring all receipts, issues, and adjustments are logged accurately.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare detailed variance reports for senior management.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule loading dock activities, and communicate with transport providers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
- Monitor and enforce proper storage practices, including optimal placement, labeling, and safety compliance across all warehouse zones.
- Design and continuously improve warehouse layout plans to maximize space utilization and streamline picking routes.
- Support shift handovers by preparing concise daily summaries, highlighting any issues, and ensuring a smooth transition between teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager, including preparation of performance dashboards, KPI tracking, and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Train new warehouse staff on basic inventory procedures, safety protocols, and the use of digital tools.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to align stock levels with demand forecasts and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) and familiarity with basic WMS functionalities.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or evenings, as operational needs dictate.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal; English proficiency is a plus.
