To sustain our rapid growth, we are seeking a motivated Helper Gudang – Pengelolaan Stok & Penyimpanan Barang who will support daily warehouse operations, ensure seamless handling of goods, and contribute to a safe, organized working environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of pallets, crates, and individual items using manual or mechanised equipment.
- Support the preparation of shipment documentation and verify that incoming and outgoing goods match the packing lists.
- Maintain clear and orderly aisles, storage racks, and staging areas to optimize space utilization.
- Execute routine checks on inventory levels, report discrepancies, and help conduct periodic stock counts.
- Operate a company‑provided motorbike to transport tools, documents, or small parcels between warehouse zones and the office.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow team members to prioritize tasks during peak periods, ensuring that daily operational targets are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and prompt reporting of hazards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for better workflow, waste reduction, and workplace cleanliness.
- Assist with basic maintenance of equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklift accessories under supervision.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 26 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid motorbike license and ability to safely operate a motorcycle for internal logistics.
- Strong work ethic with a reputation for being diligent, responsible, and proactive.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent personal hygiene and a commitment to maintaining a clean work area.
- Quick learner with a willingness to acquire new technical skills on the job.
- Not currently employed, enrolled in school, or undertaking another full‑time commitment.
