Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders through the point‑of‑sale system, and ensure accurate billing.
- Manage inventory levels, receive deliveries, and restock supplies such as beans, milk, syrups, and pastries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent service throughout opening hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, latte art techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolve issues courteously, and uphold the brand’s reputation for hospitality.
- Support promotional events, seasonal menu launches, and community outreach initiatives organized by the café.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Age range: 18 – 28 years.
- Prior experience in a coffee‑shop or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including both daytime and evening schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 or rotating night shifts).
- Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for coffee culture.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Willingness to continuously learn about coffee origins, roasting techniques, and emerging beverage trends.
