Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Account Officer & Field Officer to join our dynamic team in the Grobogan region. This full‑time position will be based across several key locations, including Purwodadi, Toroh, Godong, Wirosari, and Ngaringan. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our members and prospective clients, conducting on‑site visits, and supporting the growth of our member base.

Responsibilities
- Build and sustain positive relationships with existing members and customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular field visits to members’ locations to assess needs, provide assistance, and gather feedback.
- Perform comprehensive surveys of prospective members, evaluating creditworthiness, financial behavior, and alignment with our service offerings.
- Identify and develop new business prospects, expanding the member base through targeted outreach and networking.
- Prepare and submit detailed visit reports, survey findings, and progress updates to the supervisory team.
- Collaborate with internal departments—such as underwriting, finance, and marketing—to streamline processes and resolve member inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in community events and local meetings to promote the organization’s services and enhance brand visibility.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including compliance with BPJS health and employment guidelines.
- Demonstrate adaptability by adjusting schedules and routes to meet the needs of remote or hard‑to‑reach areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical or vocational background is preferred.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Must be a practicing Muslim (or willing to respect the company’s cultural environment).
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle for field travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet weekly targets.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to start immediately and adapt to a Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Demonstrated adaptability, problem‑solving aptitude, and a commitment to continuous learning.
