To support our growing operations, we are looking for a reliable Supir Layanan Catering dan Kotak Makan (Catering & Lunch‑Box Driver) who can ensure that every meal arrives on time, safely packed, and ready to enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver catering orders and lunch‑box packages to designated customers, offices, and event venues within the assigned service area.
- Prepare and pack food items according to hygiene standards, ensuring correct portion sizes and temperature control.
- Assist the on‑site service team in setting up meals, handling customer inquiries, and providing a friendly dining experience for both clients and internal staff.
- Plan the most efficient delivery routes, taking into account traffic patterns and “jalan tikus” shortcuts in Tangerang to meet tight time windows.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and keep the company car clean and well‑documented.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, report any issues with orders or vehicle performance, and communicate proactively with the dispatch coordinator.
- Support inventory management by returning unused packaging materials and reporting stock levels of consumables.
- Adhere to all food‑safety, sanitation, and safety regulations while on the road and during food handling.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in food delivery or logistics.
- Valid and active driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Tangerang’s road network; familiarity with shortcut routes is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: disciplined, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple deliveries under pressure.
- Willingness to be stationed in either Bitung or Tangerang, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 07:30 – 16:30.
- Key skills: food‑handling hygiene, customer service, safe driving practices, and basic vehicle upkeep.
