Introduction
Adira, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our team in Palangkaraya. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our financing products, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring that credit applications are processed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with sales, underwriting, and operations teams to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end sales process in accordance with company policies, achieving monthly and quarterly targets set by management.
- Present, explain, and recommend Adira’s portfolio of financing products—including vehicle, motorbike, and personal loans—to prospective customers.
- Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and complies with internal risk guidelines.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and credit assessments, documenting findings in the company’s CRM system and providing actionable insights to underwriting.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status to support forecasting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and with service teams to resolve post‑sale inquiries.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new sales strategies.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements governing consumer credit in Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by local labor regulations for this position).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, automotive financing, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess creditworthiness and interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capable of building trust with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in using CRM and loan processing systems; comfortable with data entry and reporting.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
