Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail operations team. This role serves as the frontline liaison between our distribution centre, individual stores, and customers, ensuring that merchandise flows smoothly, inventory remains accurate, and the shopping environment is clean and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly merchandise planning schedules, coordinating distribution of goods to each retail outlet.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and update stock records to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Conduct regular stock‑taking (opname) and reconcile any discrepancies, reporting findings to the store manager.
- Oversee cash‑register operations, ensuring that all sales transactions adhere to company SOPs and that cash handling is error‑free.
- Perform transaction audits, checking sales receipts, returns, and exchanges for compliance with policy.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly transaction reports, including documentation of damaged or defective items and the subsequent replacement process.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and visual standards of the store, performing routine inspections and coordinating with housekeeping as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team during peak periods, volunteering for overtime to manage product overload and ensure uninterrupted store operations.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to create forecasting models, track key performance indicators, and present actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; professional and presentable appearance.
- Maximum age: 27 years.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime, especially during high‑volume inventory periods.
- Basic knowledge of inventory planning; prior experience in retail planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions calmly and courteously.
- Demonstrated reliability, honesty, and a sense of personal responsibility for store performance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross‑functional team, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
