Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit (CMO) to join our team in Duri. This role is pivotal in strengthening our credit marketing operations, building strong relationships with dealers and borrowers, and ensuring that credit proposals meet rigorous standards of feasibility and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, underwriting, and legal teams to support the growth of our financing portfolio while upholding the highest level of integrity and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with automotive dealers, corporate partners, and individual borrowers to promote credit products.
  • Prepare and organize all necessary documentation and data sets required for field surveys, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct on‑site credit feasibility surveys, verifying the legal authenticity of borrower documents and assessing risk factors.
  • Perform detailed credit analysis, including financial ratio calculations, cash‑flow assessments, and repayment capacity evaluations.
  • Draft clear and concise credit recommendation reports for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting department to align survey findings with internal credit policies.
  • Monitor the performance of approved credit facilities, identifying early warning signs and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor credit offerings, emerging financing trends, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  • Assist in the design and execution of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing loan uptake among target segments.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date database of dealer contacts, borrower profiles, and survey outcomes for strategic reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
  • Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in credit analysis, marketing, or related fields.
  • Male candidates only, aged 28 years or younger.
  • Valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C license.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers and borrowers.
  • Excellent analytical mindset: detail‑oriented, critical, diligent, resilient, loyal, and disciplined.
  • High integrity and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of financing products, credit assessment procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with credit management software.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
