We are a thriving specialty coffee house seeking a dedicated Barista Spesialis Penyajian Kopi dan Minuman Berkualitas to join our team. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will craft premium coffee beverages, create memorable experiences for our guests, and uphold the high standards that set us apart in the competitive F&B landscape. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty non‑coffee beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all coffee equipment, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewing devices.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk alternatives, and other supplies, notifying management of low stock levels.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, offering product recommendations, and answering questions about coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during peak hours and special events.
- Train new team members on barista techniques, equipment handling, and customer service protocols.
- Document daily sales, waste, and equipment maintenance logs for operational transparency.
- Contribute ideas for new menu items, seasonal promotions, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in kitchen or food‑and‑beverage (F&B) operations; prior barista experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated reliability, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
- Proficiency in basic barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
