Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Remote Telemarketing Sales Staff to join our growing team. This role is based in the Jakarta Barat/Tangerang area and offers the chance to engage with customers across Indonesia, promoting our diverse product portfolio. The successful candidate will be the voice of the brand, delivering clear product information, handling inquiries, and building a robust customer database. This position operates from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, providing a structured yet flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits with confidence and clarity.
  • Answer customer questions promptly, providing accurate information and guiding them toward suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and regularly update a detailed customer database, ensuring data integrity for future marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Identify sales opportunities during conversations and hand off qualified leads to the sales closing team.
  • Follow established scripts while adapting tone and language to match each customer’s profile.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call‑volume and conversion targets as set by management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and market insights.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, compliance standards, and telemarketing best practices.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, noting any follow‑up actions required.
  • Adhere to company policies, including data protection and confidentiality agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 35 years.
  • Both male and female candidates are welcome.
  • Residence in Jakarta Barat, Tangerang, or surrounding areas.
  • Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and adapt scripts based on performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Willingness to work the designated schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
