We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kurir Pengiriman Barang Level 1 to join our fast‑growing logistics team. As a frontline courier, you will play a critical role in ensuring that parcels, documents, and goods reach our customers safely, on time, and with the highest level of service. Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and load parcels from the warehouse while verifying package integrity and documentation.
- Plan and follow optimal delivery routes using GPS or company‑provided routing software to maximize efficiency.
- Deliver items to residential and commercial addresses within the assigned zone, ensuring timely hand‑over and obtaining required signatures.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing inquiries, confirming delivery details, and handling minor complaints.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record any delivery exceptions, and report damaged or missing items to the operations supervisor.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, monitor fuel levels, and ensure the courier vehicle remains clean and road‑worthy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies, including the proper handling of fragile or hazardous goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and fellow couriers to coordinate pickup schedules and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in weekly briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new delivery protocols and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM) appropriate for the assigned vehicle class.
- Good physical health; ability to lift packages up to 25 kg and endure prolonged periods of driving and walking.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic literacy in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to read addresses and complete simple paperwork.
- Proficiency with mobile navigation tools and willingness to adopt new delivery technologies.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
