Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor check‑ins.
- Coordinate schedules for bakery production, ensuring that shift rosters align with peak demand periods and special orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and office supplies, and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Prepare and file essential documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and employee attendance sheets.
- Support the F&B team by tracking daily sales reports, updating POS data, and generating performance dashboards for management review.
- Assist in the organization of promotional events, product launches, and customer tasting sessions, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
- Uphold company standards of cleanliness and presentation in the office and shared workspaces.
- Provide basic computer assistance, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and operation of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a courteous and professional image at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and pastry teams to resolve any operational bottlenecks, ensuring smooth workflow across shifts.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific role).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in hospitality or culinary arts (Boga) is preferred.

- Experience: At least 1‑2 years of experience in the F&B sector, specifically in bakery or pastry environments.
