Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic engineering projects across multiple hotel properties, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—including Guest Service Agents (GSA), facilities, procurement, and external contractors—to guarantee seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to anticipate challenges and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership review.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and innovation.
- Ensure all engineering works comply with local regulations, sustainability guidelines, and the company’s stringent safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest‑related technical issues, leveraging hospitality knowledge to resolve problems quickly and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Drive cost‑optimization initiatives by evaluating alternative materials, technologies, and processes without compromising service quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and revenue teams to align engineering projects with upcoming promotional campaigns and peak‑season demand.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of critical spare parts and equipment, guaranteeing rapid response to any operational disruptions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar engineering project management role within the hospitality sector.
- Current domicile in Bali with the ability to travel between properties as needed.
- Female candidates only, reflecting the specific GSA (Guest Service Agent) focus of the role.
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering or related fields (Keterampilan Teknik Elektro).
- Demonstrated positive attitude, excellent teamwork, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary groups.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and basic familiarity with BIM tools is a plus.
