We are seeking a dynamic Representatif Pengembangan Bisnis to join our growing team at our Pelabuhan Ratu location. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth within the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) segment, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our products achieve maximum market penetration. The ideal candidate is a motivated, field‑oriented professional who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets and new prospects to present product offerings and negotiate sales.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and upselling.
- Accurately record customer orders, process paperwork, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers in the HORECA sector.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to guarantee product availability and resolve any supply issues.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across the Pelabuhan Ratu region.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies during all client interactions.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 38 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the HORECA segment.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under target‑driven conditions.
- Willingness to be stationed full‑time in Pelabuhan Ratu.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset and a passion for field sales.
