Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of cleaning duties, ensuring every assigned location meets our strict hygiene protocols. Key responsibilities include:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors across offices, homes, and public facilities.
- Dusting and wiping down tables, chairs, shelves, windowsills, and other high‑touch surfaces.
- Deep cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floor drains.
- Emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, and properly disposing of waste according to local regulations.
- Inspecting completed work for quality assurance and reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Utilizing a personal Android smartphone for real‑time job notifications, navigation via Google Maps, and communication through WhatsApp.
- Adapting to on‑call schedules, responding promptly to urgent cleaning orders, and coordinating with teammates when larger projects arise.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for the position:
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or an equivalent secondary education.
- Age: 20 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably with exposure to both residential and commercial settings.
- Personal Equipment: Ownership of basic cleaning tools (broom, mop, bucket, cleaning agents) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate an Android smartphone with active WhatsApp and Google Maps for job coordination.
- Soft Skills: Strong discipline, honesty, responsibility, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Location: Residency in Bandung or surrounding areas is advantageous, as the role involves frequent travel to client sites.
