Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs and detailed interior layouts that align with client briefs, brand identity, and functional requirements.
- Create comprehensive technical drawings, 2‑D plans, and 3‑D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
- Produce polished presentation boards, mood boards, material palettes, and renderings for client meetings.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution from design through construction.
- Conduct site visits to verify design intent, resolve on‑site challenges, and maintain quality control.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to meet strict deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and interns, providing feedback on their drawings and presentations.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong hand‑drawing skills for quick sketching and technical detailing.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to produce innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is highly advantageous.
- Minimum educational requirement: SMA/SMK or equivalent; however, a higher degree in design is preferred.
