Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail‑oriented interns to join the retail team at Mitra Diskon Swalayan Lebak Bulus. As a member of our floor staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers enjoy a clean, well‑stocked, and welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves, maintaining a tidy and organized presentation that complies with store merchandising standards.
- Assist shoppers in locating items, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, flagging low‑stock items and communicating shortages to the inventory coordinator.
- Inspect product quality, verify expiration dates, and remove any items that do not meet safety or freshness criteria.
- Maintain cleanliness of aisles, checkout areas, and back‑room spaces, following the store’s hygiene protocols.
- Support cashiers and other team members during peak periods, including bagging purchases and handling customer inquiries.
- Participate in daily briefings, sharing observations about shopper trends, stock issues, and potential merchandising improvements.
- Learn and apply point‑of‑sale (POS) system basics to assist with price checks and product information requests.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18–26 years old.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product organization.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings from 07:00 to 15:00, Monday through Saturday.
