Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Geprek Awawa to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our fast‑growing fried chicken outlet. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every customer enjoys a consistently high‑quality dining experience while maintaining efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for food service, strong organizational abilities, and the willingness to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to guarantee smooth workflow.
- Manage staff scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage for peak hours while adhering to labor regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on food safety, service standards, and product preparation techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and perform stock checks to minimize waste and control costs.
- Implement and enforce hygiene, health, and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and customer service through continuous coaching and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data, prepare daily and weekly reports, and identify opportunities for upselling and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Coordinate with the regional management team on budgeting, forecasting, and achieving sales targets.
- Lead “rolling” initiatives, such as temporary store relocations or pop‑up events, to expand brand reach.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; SMA graduates also considered.
- Age: maximum 23 years.
- Open to all genders; both male and female applicants are encouraged.
- Must be single (unmarried) at the time of application.
- Prior work experience in food & beverage service or retail operations is preferred.
- Demonstrated work ethic, responsibility, and a strong desire to grow within the industry.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required for rolling assignments.
- Key skills: excellent customer service, basic accounting, inventory management, and proficiency in handling food and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
