Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelf stocking, product placement, and promotional displays.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash drawer balancing at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the back‑office team for replenishment and ordering.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying quantities, and ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and priced.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on any issues to guarantee satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team briefings, share sales insights, and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Adhere to store policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention, including proper handling of merchandise and reporting of irregularities.
- Engage in regular product knowledge training to stay informed about new arrivals, features, and promotional offers.
- Support community outreach initiatives and store events that strengthen brand presence in the Rejoso area.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 18‑25 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible with a strong work ethic.

- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
