Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Officer Remedial to join our Tuban, Jawa Timur branch. This role is critical to our credit and collection operations, ensuring that accounts receivable (A/R) overdue items are managed efficiently and recovered in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, sales, and finance teams to protect the company’s cash flow while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Monitor credit exposures and identify high‑risk accounts, preparing daily and weekly reports for senior management.
- Conduct phone calls, send formal letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Coordinate with the legal department when escalation to formal debt recovery procedures is required.
- Update the internal credit management system with accurate payment histories, agreements, and settlement details.
- Analyze collection trends, propose process improvements, and support the development of more effective credit policies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes that may be affecting payment performance.
- Provide timely feedback to the credit underwriting team regarding the quality of new loan applications based on collection outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and company data in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with multifinance regulations, negotiation techniques, and digital collection tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit, collections, or a related financial role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s current hiring policy).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and the use of financial software.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the Adira Tuban branch office.
