Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide accurate product recommendations for lighting, wiring, tools, and other electrical accessories.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest electrical products, safety standards, and industry trends to offer informed advice.
- Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and proper documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and performing regular stock‑takes.
- Support the store’s visual merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight new arrivals and promotional items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share sales insights, and contribute ideas for improving customer service and sales performance.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily sales targets and achieve quarterly store goals.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior work experience required – we value a willingness to learn above all.
- Strong work ethic: diligent, honest, and disciplined.
- Ability to work an 8‑hour shift, Monday to Saturday, with one day off per week.
- Excellent teamwork skills; comfortable collaborating with a diverse group of staff members.
- Basic administrative abilities, such as data entry and record‑keeping.
