Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, including scheduling, documentation, and database management.
  • Develop and implement daily promotional activities to increase product visibility and market penetration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trustful relationships through regular communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers, partners, and clients to secure favorable terms and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage social media channels and digital marketing tools to amplify brand messaging.
  • Organize and execute community outreach events, especially those involving children, to enhance brand goodwill.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and budget allocations using MS Office applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in all operational activities.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female, age between 23–35 years.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1); preferred fields include English Literature, Communications, or Marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing administration or a related role.
  • Fluent, active English communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Passion for children and ability to engage with family‑oriented audiences.
  • Reliable personal transportation for field visits and client meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage daily administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience using social media platforms for marketing and lead generation is a plus.
