Responsibilities
- Engage directly with shoppers at retail locations, supermarkets, and event venues to promote Mayora’s product portfolio, including biscuits, chocolates, and beverages.
- Demonstrate product features, conduct taste tests, and answer consumer questions to increase brand awareness and drive purchase intent.
- Execute promotional activities such as in‑store displays, sampling campaigns, and point‑of‑sale merchandising according to the brand’s visual guidelines.
- Track daily foot traffic, collect consumer feedback, and report sales data to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized promotional booth, ensuring that all marketing materials are stocked and presented professionally.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with fellow SPG team members to coordinate schedules, share best practices, and support each other in meeting objectives.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, promotional tactics, and compliance requirements.
- Uphold Mayora’s brand values through courteous behavior, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in mobile SPG or retail promotion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse customer groups.
- Honest, hardworking, and eager to learn new sales techniques.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Professional appearance and a courteous, well‑behaved demeanor.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and recording sales figures.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
