Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Operator Pengemasan FMCG to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) production facility located in the Cibinong/Depok area. As a key member of the packing line, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our food and beverage products leave the factory in perfect condition, meeting both internal quality standards and the expectations of our retail partners.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full packaging cycle for food and beverage items, adhering strictly to company SOPs and production targets.
- Operate manual and semi‑automatic packing machines, performing set‑up, adjustments, and routine troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished packages for proper labeling, correct batch dates, and visual defects before they are released for distribution.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities packed, downtime, and any quality deviations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to perform in‑process checks and ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards in line with K3 (occupational health and safety) guidelines.
- Participate in shift handovers, communicating key information about equipment status, inventory levels, and any outstanding issues.
- Support inventory management by reporting material shortages and assisting with the restocking of packaging supplies.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Operator Packer or on a packing line within the FMCG or manufacturing sector, preferably in food & beverage.
- Solid understanding of manual and machine‑assisted packing processes.
- Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong discipline, and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work rotating shift schedules (including weekends).
- Relevant skills: inventory management, product packaging, quality control, raw material handling.
