Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of service during both peak and off‑peak hours.
- Take orders accurately, answer menu‑related questions, and recommend popular items such as our signature crepes and beverages.
- Prepare crepes, toppings, and accompaniments according to standardized recipes while maintaining high food‑safety standards.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen workstations, and service counters in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and uphold the brand’s service standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who are enthusiastic and reliable.
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, retail, or a customer‑facing role.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interest in the F&B industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and good time‑management abilities.
- Basic cooking or food‑preparation skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Preferably not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
