Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Admin Bisnis Channeling to join our growing team in Ujungberung, Bandung. This role is a pivotal point of contact between our Business Channeling division and customers, ensuring that every order is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal credit policies. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, handling a high volume of orders while maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders received through the Business Channeling platform, confirming receipt and validity.
- Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing object data into the company’s core system, guaranteeing data accuracy.
- Process order entries received via web portals and internal applications, adhering to established workflow timelines.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading, and execute appropriate approval or escalation steps.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and monitor their progress.
- Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales and Home Credit) team to ensure seamless handling of ongoing consumer orders.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions, updates, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose enhancements to reduce turnaround time.
- Support the team during peak periods by assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, credit monitoring, or related financial services roles.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity when handling confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
- Male candidates are preferred as per current company policy.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Key competencies: Credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
