Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Operator Perakitan Mesin Model 2 to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This position is based in our modern facility where precision assembly of Meja 2 (Table Model 2) is performed using specialized grenda machines. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each unit is assembled to the highest quality standards, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence in the furniture and industrial components market.
The role is open to both male and female candidates, with a primary focus on individuals who possess a strong work ethic, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations and materials for the assembly of Meja 2, ensuring all components are available and correctly organized.
- Operate the grenda assembling machine, controlling the speed, pressure, and timing required for optimal glue application and fastening.
- Apply adhesive and perform manual “lem dan tempel” (glue and attach) processes with precision, following technical drawings and SOPs.
- Conduct routine machine checks, perform minor adjustments, and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Inspect finished products for defects, verify dimensions, and document quality findings using our digital tracking system.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Collaborate with supervisors, quality control staff, and fellow operators to meet daily production targets of 150–200 assembled tables.
- Participate in safety briefings, wear required personal protective equipment, and follow all company health and safety policies, including the mandatory two‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process bottlenecks and suggesting efficiency enhancements.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preference) or Male, with equal opportunity consideration.
- Age: 20‑40 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Vaccination: Completed at least two doses of an approved COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Demonstrated ability to operate assembling machines, specifically the grenda model used for Meja 2.
- Proficiency in glue application and manual attachment techniques.
- Strong discipline, reliability, and a hard‑working attitude.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written, to report issues and follow instructions clearly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data.
