Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer to join our growing team in Pontianak. This role is essential in expanding our market presence, building strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional financial solutions to customers in the region. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and will be based at our Pontianak branch. BCA Finance adheres strictly to UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 on Personal Data Protection, and all applicant data will be handled in compliance with this regulation.
Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s product portfolio, including loan, financing, and investment solutions, to both existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new market segments, expanding the branch’s outreach through networking events, community activities, and digital channels.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with business partners, agents, and community leaders to generate referral business.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed credit and eligibility analyses to assess consumer suitability for financing products.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics for senior management review.
- Provide excellent after‑sales service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; S1 candidates from any discipline are highly welcome.
- Academic Performance: GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Preference: Enjoys field work and is comfortable traveling within the Pontianak area.
- Transportation: Own a valid SIM C and a personal motorcycle for client visits and site surveys.
- Residency: Must reside in Pontianak or surrounding districts to ensure quick response times.
- Core Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical mindset, problem‑solving orientation, and a proactive attitude.
