Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and personable Administrator Frontliner Operasional to join our dynamic team in Bandar Lampung. This entry‑level position serves as the first point of contact for both internal staff and external visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations and upholding the professional image of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine a tidy appearance, basic administrative knowledge, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and suppliers with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the company’s brand standards.
  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, route inquiries to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
  • Assist in preparing daily operational reports, filing documents, and updating spreadsheets using standard office software.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, arrange refreshments, and ensure all required equipment is functional.
  • Support the administrative team by processing basic paperwork such as purchase orders, delivery receipts, and employee attendance logs.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when stock levels fall below predetermined thresholds.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to verify visitor IDs and maintain an up‑to‑date visitor log in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide occasional assistance with event setup, promotional material distribution, and customer feedback collection.
  • Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute ideas for improving front‑office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 27 years old; both male and female applicants are welcome.
  • Residency: Must be domiciled in Bandar Lampung or willing to relocate.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or front‑desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
