Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and field outreach to identify prospective customers and generate leads.
- Present Amartha’s financial solutions, explain product features, and address client inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a daily activity log, track sales pipeline, and report progress to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional events and community workshops.
- Provide on‑site assistance for product onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new clients.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and relay feedback to improve service offerings.
- Uphold Amartha’s brand standards, adhere to compliance regulations, and practice ethical sales conduct.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Age: maximum 28 years old.
- Education: minimum high school (SMA/SMK) and up to a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is acceptable.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for field mobility.
- Willingness to work full‑time as a field marketing professional (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00).
- Commit to an initial 12‑month contract period.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Basic analytical ability to assess sales data and customer feedback.
