Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Account Officer (Petugas Pengelolaan Akun Perusahaan) to join our dynamic team serving the financial cooperatives (BPR) and micro‑finance sector in the Sleman region. The role is based in multiple locations across Yogyakarta, including Kartasura, Palur, Tawangmangi, Medari, Condongcatur, and Bantul. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate and small‑business accounts, ensuring regular follow‑up and high satisfaction levels.
- Promote and sell BPR/Koperasi banking products such as savings accounts, loan facilities, and electronic banking services.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance dashboards, and forecasted targets to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and compliance) to streamline account onboarding and documentation.
- Provide financial education and product training to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in community outreach events and local networking activities to raise brand awareness.
- Travel to assigned territories using personal vehicle, adhering to a schedule that maximizes client coverage.
- Continuously seek feedback and implement improvement initiatives to exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing or sales within a BPR, Koperasi, or related financial institution.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated work ethic – hard‑working, responsible, and results‑oriented.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Basic proficiency in banking product knowledge, market analysis, and sales techniques.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
