We are seeking a proactive Assistant Digital Advertising to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and traditional media outlets.
  • Continuously optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and competitive insights that inform campaign direction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including impressions, click‑through rates, cost‑per‑acquisition, and ROI on a daily basis.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with visual dashboards, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Perform periodic A/B testing to evaluate creative variations and landing page effectiveness.
  • Maintain an organized campaign calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and budget allocations are adhered to.
  • Assist senior media planners in strategic planning sessions and contribute fresh ideas for innovative advertising approaches.
  • Stay updated on platform policy changes, new advertising tools, and industry best practices to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field).
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in advertising or digital marketing, with a demonstrated ability to manage campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable reading data dashboards, extracting insights, and presenting findings in a clear manner.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ad concepts and collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Goal‑oriented attitude; capable of meeting tight deadlines and achieving performance targets.
  • Proficiency in basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with reporting platforms (Data Studio, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; age limit is flexible, though most successful hires are under 30.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
