Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Produce high‑quality graphics, short videos, reels, and copy tailored to each platform’s best practices and audience expectations.
- Conduct audience research and monitor social listening tools to identify emerging trends and opportunities for viral content.
- Collaborate with the design, copywriting, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely, professional manner.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize content based on data insights, A/B testing, and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all content complies with copyright and brand standards.
- Support paid social initiatives by providing creative assets and copy for ad sets when required.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices to continuously improve our social presence.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (Sederajat).
- Age: 30 – 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Experience: Entry‑level to 2 years of experience in social media content creation or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools; basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut); familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a data‑driven mindset.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional team while also thriving when working independently.
- Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve measurable performance targets.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
