Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Promotor to join our team in Indramayu. This role focuses on promoting our tobacco products across retail outlets, ensuring optimal brand visibility, and driving sales through direct engagement with customers. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a career in sales and field marketing within the consumer goods sector.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange, maintain, and refresh product displays to ensure a clean, attractive presentation in stores and sales areas.
  • Monitor stock levels daily, report shortages, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish inventory promptly.
  • Execute direct selling techniques, engaging customers with product knowledge, promotions, and persuasive communication.
  • Implement sales and marketing programs, including discounts, bundle offers, and loyalty incentives, to boost turnover.
  • Install promotional equipment and branding materials such as posters, banners, and point‑of‑sale (POS) displays.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in‑store events, product launches, and brand activation activities.
  • Identify and report opportunities for additional POSM placement, new promotional concepts, and event ideas based on market conditions.
  • Collect and submit daily activity reports, sales data, and feedback from retailers to the regional sales manager.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations concerning tobacco advertising and sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales promotion, field marketing, or a related retail role.
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle and a clean driving license for local travel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and common productivity apps for reporting and communication.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedule for special promotional events.
