Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and keep the store tidy and organized.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members during shift handovers to ensure continuity of service.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and retail best practices.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
