Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and promptly delivered.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including the management of signage, promotional materials, and visitor logs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls, keeping calendars up‑to‑date for senior staff.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparation of reports using MS Office applications.
- Respond to general inquiries, both in‑person and via email, providing accurate information about company services and policies.
- Manage visitor registration, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Address and resolve minor complaints or direct them to the appropriate department while maintaining a calm and solution‑focused attitude.
- Support HR and finance teams with onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, and other front‑office related documentation.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: 19 – 28 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in a similar front‑office or receptionist position (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy – proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with common office equipment.
- High level of confidentiality, reliability, and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
