Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Pengumpul Data Lapangan to join our dynamic team covering all regencies of Jambi Province, including Jambi, Merangin, Sarolangun, Bangko, Batanghari, Muaro Bungo, and Tebo. This field‑data collector will act as the vital link between our organization and its customers, ensuring accurate information flow and timely payment negotiations. The role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of relevant experience who are eager to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned customers across the province to verify and update their installment information.
  • Provide clear explanations of outstanding balances and answer any queries related to payment schedules.
  • Negotiate flexible payment options and set realistic repayment timelines that align with company policies.
  • Collect and confirm accurate customer data, including phone numbers, physical addresses, and identification details.
  • Maintain daily logs of visits, outcomes, and any issues encountered, ensuring data integrity in our CRM system.
  • Report findings and discuss challenges with supervisors during regular debriefings.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical standards and company guidelines.
  • Stay informed about the geographical nuances of each regency to optimize route planning and reduce travel time.
  • Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve overall collection efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field collection, sales, or a related role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Own a motorized vehicle and hold a valid SIM C license.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel extensively across Jambi Province.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to meet or exceed set targets while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
  • Understanding of the local market and familiarity with the assigned territories.
