Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Media Sosial Digital to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to craft compelling social media narratives, engage online communities, and support the brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, collaborating closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to drive brand awareness and audience interaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars that align with overall marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Create, edit, and schedule original copy, graphics, and short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Utilize Canva and other design tools to produce eye‑catching visuals that maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner, and nurture relationships with influencers and key followers.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using platform analytics and Google Data Studio, then present insights and recommendations to senior marketers.
- Coordinate with the content team to repurpose blog articles, press releases, and newsletters into shareable social snippets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, proposing innovative tactics to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Maintain a well‑organized library of assets, copy decks, and performance reports within Microsoft Office suite.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and post‑campaign analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports that highlight key achievements, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social media management; 1‑2 years in a similar role is a strong advantage.
