Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive – Regional to join our dynamic sales force. This role is primarily field‑based, focusing on door‑to‑door canvassing, building strong customer relationships, and driving product installations across the assigned territory. Responsibilities
- Conduct 95% of work in the field, engaging prospects door‑to‑door and presenting our solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
- Collaborate closely with a supervisory team (1 Supervisor and 8 Sales Representatives) to coordinate daily activities, share leads, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule set by the Leader, working Tuesday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional adjustments to meet market demands.
- Achieve a minimum of 15 successful installations per month; if the target is not met, the base salary remains intact provided a demonstrable plan for improvement is presented.
- Participate in a comprehensive 3‑month training program, mastering product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM usage; successfully complete training by securing at least 10 new customers within the period.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress reports in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards by wearing the provided uniform and displaying a professional ID card at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required, though a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly during short‑term interactions.
- Self‑motivation, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Physical stamina to conduct extensive fieldwork, including walking, climbing ladders, and carrying sales materials.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Team‑player mindset, ready to follow directions from supervisors and support peers in achieving collective goals.
