Introduction

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily operational activities across multiple property projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with corporate objectives and market trends.

- Facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, finance, and construction teams, promoting a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in the property or real‑estate sector, with exposure to operational management.
