Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Object‑Oriented PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Build responsive user interfaces with React and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs that power mobile and web clients, following best practices for security and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks, conducting root‑cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
- Continuously improve application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and database tuning.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to the team’s coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Utilize Git and other version‑control tools to manage codebases, handle branching strategies, and maintain a clean commit history.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in web and mobile development.
- Optionally contribute to native Android development using Kotlin to extend the product’s mobile capabilities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Graduates of SMK Teknik Komputer Jaringan/Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak are also considered.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in web development or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Object‑Oriented PHP and Laravel.
- Strong front‑end skills with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Kotlin for Android development is a plus.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Comfortable using Git/Version Control and familiar with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of database security, network analysis, and application security fundamentals.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent written English communication, high curiosity, a proactive learning mindset, and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing previous website or system projects.
- Location: Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Semarang.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
