Responsibilities
- Prepare print‑ready files that strictly adhere to production specifications, including bleed, margins, color mode (CMYK/RGB), and resolution requirements.
- Verify that size, layout, typography, and color palettes match client briefs before files are sent to the printer.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control checks for typographical errors, image resolution, color fidelity, and element positioning.
- Adjust and reformat client‑provided artwork to align with internal printing standards, ensuring seamless workflow.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to resolve any technical issues and to optimise file preparation processes.
- Maintain organized project folders and version control to facilitate easy retrieval and audit trails.
- Support the scheduling of print jobs by providing accurate lead times based on file complexity and workload.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights on workflow improvements and emerging printing technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in pre‑press or print file setting (fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong software skills).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDraw.
- Solid understanding of bleed, margin, color modes (CMYK/RGB), resolution, and standard printing specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of accurate proofing under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Residency in Bekasi and willingness to work full‑time on‑site (WFO).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
