Introduction
The Petugas Akun Cabang (Branch Account Officer) at Panca Rijang plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s network of partners and ensuring the financial health of each new collaboration. This full‑time position is based at our regional office and operates Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between Panca Rijang and prospective partners, guiding them through the sales cycle, assessing their suitability, and managing invoicing and collection activities. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify and attract potential partners (Calon Mitra) across the assigned territory.
- Present Panca Rijang’s product and service portfolio, tailoring value propositions to meet each prospect’s specific needs.
- Perform thorough feasibility surveys, evaluating financial stability, operational capacity, and alignment with company standards.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present findings to senior management for decision‑making.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements with qualified prospects.
- Generate and submit accurate billing documents, monitor payment schedules, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system, logging all interactions, survey results, and billing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly to foster long‑term relationships.
- Report weekly on pipeline status, sales achievements, and any challenges encountered in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome.
- Demonstrated interest or basic knowledge in marketing and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong analytical mindset for conducting feasibility surveys and assessing partner viability.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a results‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
