Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer People & Culture / Asisten Direktur to lead and elevate our human resources function. This senior role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving the development and execution of comprehensive HR initiatives that align with the organization’s long‑term objectives. Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring competitive salary structures, equitable bonus schemes, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, from workforce planning and employer branding to interview coordination and onboarding, to attract top talent across all functions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the Performance Management System, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, goal alignment, and merit‑based recognition.
- Manage the HR Information System (HRIS), guaranteeing data accuracy, generating insightful analytics, and supporting strategic decision‑making.
- Handle Industrial Relations matters, including collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and maintaining harmonious employee‑employer relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations, corporate policies, and ethical standards, mitigating legal risk and safeguarding employee confidentiality.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, translating organizational vision into actionable people initiatives.
- Coach and develop the HR team, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive, and agile workforce.
- Drive employee engagement programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and learning & development pathways that promote career growth.
- Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports for executive review, highlighting key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and talent pipeline health.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree (S2) is a strong advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a People & Culture managerial role or an equivalent senior HR position.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and guiding high‑performing HR teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and cross‑functional partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—enabling effective interaction at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and familiarity with modern compensation, recruitment, and performance tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional after‑hours responsibilities for critical initiatives.
