Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks—including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and pour‑over—following precise recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, equipment, and customer seating areas throughout the shift.
- Operate coffee grinding, brewing, and steaming equipment safely, performing routine checks and basic maintenance.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and helpful manner, answering questions about menu items, coffee origins, and preparation methods.
- Take orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or electronic transactions following company policies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal grooming standards.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during peak hours and to support special events or promotions.
- Continuously develop barista skills through on‑the‑job training, coffee tasting sessions, and industry workshops.
- Provide feedback to management regarding equipment performance, product quality, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female (per company policy), though all duties are open to both men and women in practice.
- Experience: No prior barista experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle to commute to the work location.
- Personal Attributes: Honesty, responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus; otherwise, the ability to quickly master barista techniques.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, following the company’s SOPs.
