Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused Petugas Teller to join our branch team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of relevant experience who are eager to develop a career in the financial services industry while delivering excellent service to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions, including the collection of loan instalments, cash deposits, and other receipt services.
- Process disbursements of non‑transfer NDS financing products and manage petty‑cash withdrawals in accordance with internal controls.
- Proactively promote cross‑sell opportunities such as insurance, credit cards, and fee‑based income programs, ensuring customers understand the value of each offering.
- Handle cash handling for cross‑sell programs, accurately counting, verifying, and recording all cash movements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the branch’s core banking system and prepare daily reconciliation reports.
- Provide clear, courteous explanations of banking policies, product features, and transaction procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks or fraudulent activity during transactions and report them promptly to the branch manager.
- Support branch operations by preparing documents, updating customer files, and assisting in periodic audits.
- Uphold the branch’s visual standards by ensuring the teller counter is tidy, organized, and presents a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3 degree in any field with a GPA of at least 2.50 is highly preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be 26 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to one year of teller or related financial experience will be given priority.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating basic banking software.
- Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, honesty, a pleasant appearance, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
